The General Assembly (GA) of Youth Agora took place during the first weekend of May. We stayed in Ostend, in the hometown of Christof, who invited us to his parents' house.

The formal part of the GA included the discussion and approval of the financial report of last year and the budget for the upcoming year; and the development of Youth Agora's action plan (present and future projects and HR issues). The minutes of the meetings are available for our effective members on our Infocenter.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of ESN took place in Utrecht in March 2009. The AGM gathers as a decision-making body of ESN to discuss future strategy, main project and elect members of the International Board.

We just came across this picture, which made us realise we hadn't properly announced our birthday yet! So let's do it now: In February 2009 Youth Agora celebrated its first birthday with a special home made cake.
